Part-Time Intake Specialist (Bi-lingual)

Job Responsibilities:
- Process new intake applications and referrals for The Store.
- Answer and respond to phone calls, including general inquiries and intake requests.
- Welcome and check in customers during shopping hours.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of customer, family, and staff information at all times.
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, report generation, and mail merges.
- Manage and retrieve data to ensure accurate reporting.
- Support program staff by coordinating with clinics, providers, and community resources as needed.
- Assist with translation for Spanish-speaking customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in data management.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Previous professional or volunteer experience in a nonprofit organization or an administrative role.
Schedule: Wednesday-Saturday; onsite.
Wednesday (1:00 pm - 6:30 pm), Thursday (10:00 am - 5:30 pm), Friday (8 am - 5:30 pm), Saturday ( 8 am - 3:30 pm)
Physical Requirements:• Ability to stand, sit, type, and view a computer screen for long periods.• Ability to lift a maximum of 30 lbs
